This website www.bringsportswear.com (“Website”) is operated by Bring Sportswear AB (Tre Liljor 2b, 11344 Stockholm), VAT SE5556902906801. (referred to as BRING SPORTSWEAR/we/our/us). These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and the Webshop. BRING SPORTSWEAR reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the Website.
All content on the Website and the Webshop, including without limitation designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and film, are the intellectual property of BRING SPORTSWEAR or its content suppliers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the Website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and Webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial, purposes.
Nothing contained on the Website or Webshop should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without our prior written approval or the written approval of such third party that may own the rights to the material displayed on the Website. The Webshop and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the Webshop’s operation or content. BRING SPORTSWEAR disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. BRING SPORTSWEAR disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Webshop.

Orders shall be placed on the Website. It is essential that you examine our confirmation of your order to ensure that it is correct. In case of error or if you wish to modify your order please contact us immediately. Due to Swedish legislation we are obliged to demand a written permission from a legal guardian when the customer is below 18 years of age.
All data shown on product level, are data in connection with BRING SPORTSWEAR warehouse. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change.
Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods as shown on the website will depend on several factors, such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description. All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Our partners PAYPAL / KLARNA will check that the card is valid and that the amount is available. The order is complete when you receive an order number. In this connection you will also get an email confirmation.
If you want to pay after receiving your goods you can use Klarna and get an invoice which you pay directly to Klarna within 14 days of your purchase. The invoice will be sent to you with your order and needs to be paid within 14 days after receiving it. You need to be 18 years of age to use Klarna as a payment method. This method is available for Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany.

All prices listed on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25 %. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. BRING SPORTSWEAR cannot inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.
DELIVERY – SHIPPING
All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order.
Delivery time varies between 1-12 business days, depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

EUROPE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS – 99 SEK (ABOUT 11,60 $ / 10,6 €)
OUTSIDE EUROPE 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS – 199 SEK (ABOUT 23 $ / 21 €)
We use the Swedish postal service for deliveries within and outside of Sweden. If the product or the wrapping/box has any visible damages, please report this to us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
The return note must be included in any and all returns for our warehouse to be able to process your return.

Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us. If you order from the Website you have a right to withdraw from this contract, regardless your reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the product to us, please find the return address below. You have to return the product without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you sent us the notice of withdrawal. Please enclose a return note with order nr and kindly return the product in its original packaging. No returns or exchanges are accepted for products purchased on sale.
DOES MY RETURN COST ANYTHING?
We will not charge any administration fee but the buyer pays the cost for returning the product to our warehouse.

You can return products within 14 days. Please send us the parcel back to us, to the aforementioned “RETURN ADRESS”.
When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will pay for the shipping back to you with the new size. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc.
Add a note with your order nr and information regarding the change/return.
If you need to change size on a product we will pay the new delivery fee for sending the new product to you after receiving the old one.
Since we mostly keep our collections in limited production volumes there are no guarantees that your size will be available when returning it for a size change. Please make sure to inform us (se “AVAILABILITY” on the Return Note) if you would like the warehouse to treat your size change as a return if the size is out of stock.
We must collect your personal information to fulfill the agreement. Personal information is considered any information that directly or indirectly can be connected to an individual. The information submitted at registration is registered and handled by BRING SPORTSWEAR. You have a right to request once a year an extract of the information that is registered about you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or deceptive we will of course correct it if you inform us. You can also request for having the information about you deleted. BRING SPORTSWEAR only uses the information to fulfill the agreement and does not sell the personal information to any third party. By accepting these term and conditions you also accept that BRING SPORTSWEAR collects and handle your personal information.
BRING SPORTSWEAR is conducting serious and ambitious work regarding security and continuously upgrading and updating our efforts to maintain this site a safe place for our customers. Any attempts to defraud, use false or stolen credit card data, access another person’s shopping account or similar attempts or other criminal misconduct will be reported to the police authorities. We are tracking IP addresses in order to use these in criminal investigations and proceedings.
If BRING SPORTSWEAR fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, BRING SPORTSWEAR will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If we cannot settle we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.

Konsumentköplagen ger dig rätt att reklamera en vara inom tre år, under förutsättning att varan var felaktig vid leveranstillfället. Om du tar emot en vara som det är något fel på vill vi att du så snart som möjligt kontaktar oss på firstname.lastname@example.org. Observera att du måste lämna ett meddelande till oss med information om felet “inom skälig tid” efter det att du upptäckt det. Om du reklamerar inom två månader från det att du upptäckt felet har du reklamerat inom skälig tid.

När vi mottagit den vara som du vill reklamera kommer vi att ta ställning till om det rör sig om ett fel på varan. Om det rör sig om ett fel kommer vi att ersätta dig så snart som möjligt och inte senare än inom 30 dagar från det att vi mottog varan från dig. För att vi ska kunna ersätta dig för det som du betalat är det viktigt att du anger vilken bank du har och ditt bankkontonummer i det meddelande du lämnar till oss om reklamationen. När du valt betalsätt konto, faktura eller betalkort återförs summan till det konto som betalningen gjorts ifrån.
